What happens when I place an order online? |

If you have provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you place an order. This email will confirm your online order, billing address, delivery address, order number, preferred delivery time and the total amount paid and any balance amount pending will also be shown. |
When does my credit/debit card get charged when I place an order? |

Please note that we authorize the amount of the order upon placing the order, to validate your credit card and it is charged as soon as your order has been placed.
If at all the product availability changes after the credit card has been charged, our Customer Service team will update you of your order’s status and also once the product is available again. |

Once you’ve shopped till you’ve dropped, your cart needs to be accounted for and that happens when the checkout button is clicked. Yes, minimal delivery charges are a part and parcel of any item you purchase of value less than Rs 100. These charges will be waived off if the total amount of your order exceeds Rs 100. |
What is a discount voucher and how can I make use of it? |

A discount voucher is a certain percentage of a waiver available on the total cost of a particular item. A discount voucher code will be tagged with such an item. When this item is being purchased, its discount voucher code has to be entered during check out in order to avail of the discount. |
What if I order in bulk? |

How do I know that my order is being processed? |

How do I know the status of my order? |

Whenever there is an update on your Order Status, we notify you by a sms.
Your order passes through the following stages before it is ultimately delivered to you:
Processing: This is the default status for your order and it is displayed as soon as you have placed the order.
Processed: Your order / payment has been confirmed and processed. We are ready with the product and will be proceeded for shipment.
Shipped: Your order has been successfully shipped from our end.
Delivered: Your order has been delivered to you successfully.
Cancelled: Your order has been cancelled by you or your payment hasn’t been approved or we are not in a position to deliver the order due to some constraints. In such an event, we will touch base with you over the telephone.
You can check all these stages in your account under ‘Order Status’ or ‘Order History’. |
Can I cancel an order after it is submitted? |

In order to cancel an order, please make sure to notify us either on our toll free number 800-ALSHOP or email us at cancelorder@BusyBazaar.com within 24 hours of placing your order, to be saved from any cancellation charges. However, if you cancel your order after a lapse of 24 hours from the time of placing the order, cancellation charges will apply. |
What if my order is not delivered on the due date? |

If the product is not delivered on the desired date, we will inform you well in advance of your new delivery date and deliver the products on the new date along with a complimentary gift. |
How do I deal with any service issues I encounter with my new purchase at BusyBazaar.com? |

The service centre numbers of the products you purchased on BusyBazaar.com are provided, at the back of your invoice. Also you can log in to ‘My Account’ and check Order History to refer to the updated service centre numbers. Or, you can always contact us on our toll free number 800-ALSHOP and we will be glad to help you out. |
Do I have to visit the service centres personally? |

We advise you to contact the respective service centres directly. Nevertheless we can coordinate any service related issues on your behalf and get the product fixed or serviced. |
Do I have to pay any additional charges for service? |

Please note that pickup and delivery charges will apply for all service related issues that require the product to be physically moved from your location to the service centres. |
If the recipient is not there at the delivery address? |

In case recipient is not at the delivery address, our logistics team leaves a message. If even after two attempts the recipient is still not available at the delivery address, the recipient will have to pick up the order on their own from our logistics location. |
What if a broken or defective item is received? What if I receive the wrong order? |

Can I return or exchange a product once the factory packing is broken or open? |
